import는 함수묶음(패키지)가져오기, export는 내보내기라고 할 수 있다. 사실 작업하다보면 ctrl c+v를 훨씬 더 많이 쓰게 되지만, 프로젝트를 통쨰로 가져와야 할때나 내보내야 할때 유용하다고 보
