인코딩이 안맞다는 말이다.
인코딩을 기억하면 입력하면 좋지만..아예 utf-8로 파일을 성질을 바꿔 해결하는 방향으로 선택해보자.
마우스 오른쪽 - 연결프로그램 - 메모장
인코딩설정 - 확인
해결. 잘 열린다.
